- The Consulting Division, which provides end-to-end advisory services across strategy and growth, financial and investment readiness, operations and execution, and compliance, legal, and governance; and
- The Investment Division, which operates a dual investment vehicle deploying venture capital at the pre-seed to Series A stage and growth/private equity capital at the Series B to Series C stage, through the applicable fund, trust, or investment manager entity notified to investors from time to time (“the Fund”).
Each division is referred to individually as a “Division” and, together with any affiliated entity through which Emerald & Partners conducts business, as the “Group.” By accessing or using the Site, you (“you,” “the user,” or “visitor”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
These Terms govern your use of the Site only. They do not, by themselves, constitute an engagement letter, mandate, investment management agreement, subscription agreement, or any other binding commercial arrangement between you and any part of the Group. Where we act for a client or investor, the terms of the relevant signed engagement letter, mandate, or fund document will govern that relationship and will prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
Nature & Purpose of this site
Content on this Site — including descriptions of services, sector commentary, case studies, thought leadership, team profiles, and any figures, ranges, or illustrative outcomes referenced on the Site — is provided for general informational purposes only. They are published with the relevant client’s knowledge and, where required, their approval, and are illustrative of our approach rather than a guarantee of comparable results for any other organisation. Past engagement outcomes are not indicative of future performance on a different mandate.
3.3 Confidentiality
We treat client information shared with us, whether through this Site’s enquiry forms, email, or in person, as confidential, and we expect the same discretion from visitors regarding any non-public information about the Firm that they may encounter.
